We have installed web cams in each room and the garden which this allows parents to log on to the internet at any time and watch their children while they play! We understand that it is not an easy decision putting your child in to any form of day care and feel that webcams are an effective way to ensure parents peace of mind through are secure and safe Webcams.Only the parents whose children are in the room at that specific time will be able to view the webcams and exch parent will need a user name and password in order to log on.The webcams help to ensure that We employ only the most dedicated and desirable staff, with a natural affinity for childcare and a great understanding of the under 5 age group. We at Bridge Farm Day Nursery care greatly about the future for our children and our planet and therefore try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.We provide Biodegradable nappies in order to help to preserve UK Landfill space and where suitable we use Ecologically safe cleaners and detergents.We recycle, paper card, tins, glass and plastic and re-use materials such as bottle tops, buttons and fabrics for arts and craft activities. All the class rooms have separate waste disposal for paper and messy waste so that the children are encouraged to recycle too.Furthermore, We aim to get as many letters and invoices as possible out to parents by e-mail in order to cut down on the amount of paper used.

As we are concerned by the chemicals used in intensive animal farming, we only cook with fish and free-range locally produced meat. We also provide equally nutritious vegetarian options and our fruit and Vegetables, milk and bread are supplied by a local supplier.Another factor that we are able to have some influence over is healthy eating and exercise and the children go outside once in the morning and once in the afternoon session and we also provide physical indoor activities.

We have a cook who provides healthy, quality food to a high standard, ensuring that the children get their 5 portions of fruit and vegatables per day. We offer a wide variety of well balanced meals which are prepared on site and with the freshest ingredients and we cater for all allergies and preferences.Our menus are based on a four week rota and are available for you to view at your leisure. .
